How is Pittsburgh Store 412′s orders processed?
All orders are processed through our third party partner, CafePress. CafePress takes care of the order processing including payment processing and shipping. If you use your credit card to make your purchase, your statement will show a charge from CafePress, not Pittsburgh Store 412.
What is Pittsburgh Store 412′s return and exchange policy?
All orders have a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item within the 30 days, please fill out a request form, and you will receive an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
I haven’t received my t-shirt yet, what gives?
